What this site is, and is not.

Cheap Houses Africa, operated by Ghebrehiwet Ventures AB, a Swedish company (registration in progress), is a discovery service. We collect and structure public property listings, with the help of Africa Real Estate Index, and present them with their asking price, location, size and a link to the original listing. We also offer optional email alerts.

We do not sell, broker, value or manage property, and we are not a party to any transaction. Contact for a listing goes to the original agent or owner through the source link. Always confirm availability, ownership, price and transaction details with them and with independent professionals before you commit to anything.

• Prices are asking prices as published by the source on the date shown, not completed sale prices.
• Listings can be outdated, withdrawn, or contain errors made by the source. We check what we can, but we cannot guarantee accuracy.
• Currency is the listing’s own. Any conversion we show is indicative only.
• Inclusion on the site is editorial. We choose what to show and can remove listings at any time.

Alerts are free and optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email or by writing to hello@cheaphousesafrica.com. How we handle your address is described on the privacy page.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial property discovery. Do not scrape it, republish its content in bulk, or try to interfere with it. The listing information belongs to its original sources; our text, design and brand belong to Ghebrehiwet Ventures AB.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Ghebrehiwet Ventures AB is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing shown on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
